The van must be returned in a clean presentable state.

 

*Strictly no pets

*No smoking/vaping

*A £50 valeting charge will be applied if the vehicle is returned in an unsuitable state

 

Driver Requirements:

*Must be aged between 23 and 75.

*Must have held a full, valid UK driving licence for at least three years.

*A maximum of 9 penalty points is allowed, subject to conviction codes.

*If you have been banned from driving within the last 10 years, you must inform us.

*If you have 6 or more points on your licence, you must contact us to arrange additional insurance—failure to do so will void the van hire without a refund.

 

Important Actions Required:


Provide secondary ID such as passport or utility bill.

Email or WhatsApp a clear picture of the front and back of your driving licence to sales@jptodcommercials.co.uk or 07966433360.

We also require a DVLA 8 digit check code, which you can find here: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. Failure to provide either will result in the cancellation of your hire with no refund.

 

Liability & Charges:

*The driver is responsible for any fines or charges incurred while in possession of the vehicle.

*Any damage to the vehicle during the hire period is the driver’s responsibility.

*In the event of an insurance claim, the full excess of £1,500 must be paid.
